Factory principle: |
Add the materials to be packaged into the material box, operate the reversing valve handle, close the door cover and lock the lock head to prevent it from floating up, perform primary preloading, and then move the side pressure cylinder forward for secondary compression; When the stroke is in place, the main pressure cylinder advances for final compression, allowing the main pressure cylinder to reach the system pressure and maintain pressure for 3-5 seconds. The main and side cylinders return, pull out the lock and open the door cover, and the flipping cylinder works to flip out the package block and return, completing one work cycle. Attention: The length of the bundle block depends on the weight, material, and geometric shape of the waste material being squeezed. Therefore, it is not allowed to pack too much thick or dense waste material, otherwise it will make the package block too long and unable to be pulled out, and even cause the side pressure head to not be in place, resulting in a series of problems such as misalignment of the main pressure head |
